Municipality of Midden-Groningen

Maxcademy helps the Municipality of Midden-Groningen to translate policy documents into understandable and activating e-learning. From content at A2 level and practical cases to video, animation, reflection questions and technical delivery in the LMS.

Sif Group

At Sif, Maxcademy contributes to the onboarding programme. In this, Sif combines classroom training, on-the-job training, and e-learning.

At Sif, hundreds of people work daily on the production of monopiles for offshore wind turbines. These steel foundations can be up to 120 metres long and 11 metres in diameter. The e-learning modules play a central role in preparing operators for their work.

Mozaïek Wonen

For Mozaïek Wonen, Maxcademy translated an extensive I&A vision and strategy into clear animations for employees. We managed the process from content analysis and scriptwriting to storyboard, voice-over, animation and subtitling.

Dock / Vivell Amsterdam

For Stichting DOCK and Vivell, Maxcademy developed customised e-learning for Together for Young People Amsterdam. The training helps youth workers better understand the online world of young people and translates specialist knowledge into practical, interactive learning.

Upcycle Your Waste

For Upcycle Your Waste, Maxcademy developed a complete online academy on the circular economy. We provided Learning Design, all scripts, video and animation, e-learning in Dutch, French and English, and the LMS hosting.

The Farmers Academy

For The Farmers Academy, Maxcademy helped build a digital training offer for agricultural entrepreneurs. Together with subject matter experts, we developed courses on topics including Agroforestry, Energy, finance, and marketing, including Learning Design, project management, video, animation, and practical tools.

Surgimate

For Surgimate, Maxcademy translated specialist expertise on surgical coordination into a practice-oriented online learning programme. Scenarios, animation, reflection and interactive working methods help surgical coordinators directly connect knowledge to their daily work.

Green Phenix

For Green Phenix, Maxcademy translated the PlasticWise programme into interactive e-learning for young people. With Chloe, Camilo and Tito the Turtle, participants discover through video, animation, assignments and badges how plastic pollution occurs and what they can do about it.

Gynaikon Clinics

For Gynaikon Clinics, Maxcademy translated complex medical procedures and protocols into eight clear animation videos in three languages. We managed the entire process: from scriptwriting and visual storytelling to voice-over casting and animation production.

Mavim

For Mavim, Maxcademy supports an international digital academy with over 200 hours of video material, interactive software demos, and quizzes. Additionally, we keep the learning content continuously up to date as the software and training needs change.

Wyseminds

For Wyseminds, Maxcademy developed custom illustrations and an explainer animation for an online business growth platform. The visuals align with the existing brand style and make abstract entrepreneurial concepts more concrete and easier to understand.

Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods

For Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods, Maxcademy developed custom e-learning on food safety and HACCP. Complex subject knowledge was translated into clear explanations, visual examples, interactive exercises, and assessments for employees.

Blue Bay

For Blue Bay, Maxcademy translated long and complex documents into an engaging explainer animation for new landowners. We provided content analysis, scriptwriting, voice-over, and animation, and also developed instructional content on access procedures.

Vion Food Group

For Vion Food Group, Maxcademy developed over 50 software training sessions and approximately two hours of ESG learning. The programmes combine video, interactive software demos, animation, quizzes, expert interviews, and technical SCORM delivery.

AI Training

For AI Opleidingen B.V., Maxcademy develops interactive e-learning on AI literacy, prompting, and AI strategy. With video, animation, cases, quizzes, and practical assignments, specialist AI knowledge is made scalable and applicable.

The Blue Factory

For De Blauwe Fabriek, Maxcademy translated years of expertise in organisational change into scalable online training. This allows a small team to reach more participants and offer knowledge independently of time, location, and available trainers.

Undo

For Undo, Maxcademy helped to make very technical course content for software engineers pedagogically stronger. We optimised scripts, structure, and formulations so that specialist debugging knowledge remained clear and teachable without losing technical depth.
