Expand practical AI training with scalable online learning

AI training helps organisations and professionals not only to understand artificial intelligence but especially to apply it practically. The offering combines training, workshops and custom solutions for organisations that want to enhance their AI knowledge and skills.

On the training day, an expert can personally guide participants, answer questions and work directly with practical cases. However, basic knowledge, preparation and deepening do not have to be entirely dependent on a trainer or fixed moment.

Therefore, Maxcademy AI training supports the translation of substantive AI expertise into interactive e-learning. This way, participants can already build a common foundation before a training and more complex topics can be deepened digitally.

Translating AI literacy into an accessible e-learning module

EU AI Act as context

The module addresses AI literacy in the context of Article 4 of the EU AI Act and helps employees understand what responsible AI use requires.

For non-technical users

The content is designed for executives, managers, and employees who use AI but do not need an in-depth technical background.

Compact learning path

Short digital components, assessment, and certification make it possible to efficiently and demonstrably provide basic AI knowledge.

From regulation to daily practice

The focus is not only on what AI or the AI Act is, but also on risks, bias, ethics, practical applications, and responsible use in one's own sector.

From AI awareness and prompting to a personal AI strategy

The collaboration shows that online learning within AI training can be deployed at different levels. The provided training materials range from basic knowledge about AI and practical applications to prompt engineering and strategic AI use within organisations.

In the awareness content, participants, for example, get acquainted with AI, applications in various sectors, and the opportunities and risks of the technology. In the training Prompt king, participants learn to steer generative AI more effectively with better prompts.

The AI strategy modules then continue: participants reflect on AI policy, ethics, transparency, risk analysis, privacy and governance and work with checklists and templates on their own strategy for the organisation.

Explaining expertise with talking-head video and animation

The digital learning content combines written explanations with multimedia. For the AI literacy module, Maxcademy developed animation and handled the editing of talking-head video with their AI expert.

An expert interview addresses, for example, bias, privacy and transparency in AI. By making the expert themselves visible and audible, the content remains personal, while animation can briefly and visually explain abstract concepts.

Not a digital book, but active learning with cases, quizzes and assignments

The learning content is structured into short components with various formats. In addition to video and concise text, quizzes, interactive elements, case studies and reflection are also used.

In the AI strategy training, participants for example get to work with a baseline measurement, checklist and strategic template. As a result, the training does not get stuck at knowledge about AI: participants translate the content into choices and actions for their own organisation.

The modules are being developed for The Huddle, so that the digital preparation and deepening can become an integral part of the overall learning journey of AI training.

A digital learning layer that grows with the training offerings

AI training uses e-learning as part of a broader approach in which participants build online knowledge and then apply it practically during training sessions and workshops.

The collaboration combines among other things:

  • Learning Design for interactive AI training;
  • content development around AI literacy, prompting and AI strategy;
  • animation for abstract AI concepts;
  • editing of talking-head and expert video;
  • cases, quizzes, reflection and practical assignments;
  • graphic assets and a consistent visual setup;
  • technical production and delivery in The Huddle.

For Maxcademy, AI training shows how expertise in a rapidly changing field can be translated into scalable digital learning, without losing the practical and human aspect of training.

Frequently asked questions

The collaboration includes digital learning content on topics such as AI awareness, AI literacy, prompt engineering, and AI strategy. Maxcademy supports this with Learning Design, content production, multimedia, interaction, and technical production.

Yes. For AI training, Maxcademy developed an interactive module on AI literacy in the context of Article 4 of the EU AI Act, focusing on basic knowledge, risks, bias, ethics, and practical applications.

Depending on the learning objective, the content uses various formats including talking-head video, expert interviews, animation, concise text, quizzes, interactive exercises, case studies, checklists, and templates.

Yes. AI training uses e-learning as preparation and part of broader training programmes, allowing participants to build basic knowledge beforehand and giving live training more space for application, discussion, and practice.
